Meg Williams
The immensely charming Fabregas has produced many inspection and show champions in
Germany, Great Britain, Canada and the United States. He consistently passes on correctness,
typey looks, elasticity, and beautiful gaits. Fabregas’s pedigree speaks for itself. His sire, Florencio I,
is undoubtedly one of the most interesting dressage sires on the European stage; damsire ,De
Niro, was a successful Grand Prix stallion and has been repeatedly ranked No. 1 in the WBFSH
Dressage Sire Rankings. Fabregas himself has shown his value as a highly successful sport
horse, winning at CDIs and small tour championships with scores in the 70s. His Grand Prix
career began in 2019 in Canada and continued following his move to the U.S., where he has
had multiple Grand Prix wins including the Region 2 Open Championship in 2021. While he is
decidedly dressage bred, Fabregas loves to jump and possesses the necessary qualities for a
hunter stallion as well. His offspring have excelled in North America, both in dressage and
hunter rings. Notable offspring include Foo Fighter QC, Dressage at Devon champion foal 2021,
and Felix, who returned from Dressage at Devon with top placings and scores in the 70s in
2023. Fabregas’s correctness, elegance, rideability, and exceptional walk and canter make him
a dressage stallion of a special class.
