This Veterinarian Certificate must be completed by stallion owners enrolling for AHS/ARS stallion licensing. A photocopy of the stallion’s papers, signed and dated by the veterinarian, must accompany this certificate when submitted to the American Hanoverian Society. The veterinarian certificate must be completed no more than six weeks prior to inspection.
