STALLIONS: Ages 3 to 6

• Get Pedigree approval at no cost
• • Send a copy of papers to AHS office for pedigree approval to Christy at .
• Complete Inspection enrollment form below ($150 non-refundable x-ray fee)
• Send x-rays files to Christy at (veterinarian-specific costs)
  • Read the x-ray protocal for list of required views
    • X-rays previously completed for other German-registry approvals (must have all views listed on AHS x-ray protocol)may be used
  • Only JPEG formats are accepted
  • Christy will contact owner with x-ray results
• If x-rays pass, the office will invoice for the remaining inspection fee of $350
• Have vet certification form completed for stallion (veterinarian-specific costs)
  • Must be within six weeks of scheduled licensing.
• Complete Performance requirements for lifetime approval
  • 2 years of NASST (stallionsporttest.com) OR
  • Performance in sport
    • See AHS Breeding Rules for Hanoverian requirements
    • See ARS Breeding Rules for Rhineland requirements

STALLIONS: Ages 7 and up

  • If the performance requirements have already been met at the time of the inspection, stallions accepted
    at the inspection receive a lifetime approval instead of a temporary license
