Sir Donnerhall has long since stepped out of the shadow of his incredible sire Sandro Hit and has claimed a place among the world's best dressage sires (top 20 of the WBFSH ranking list). He has produced 6 German National Champions and 99 licensed stallions, including numerous champion and premium stallions. At last count he has produced 206 Premium and Elite daughters and is highly sought after as a dam sire. Sir Donnerhall offspring have long since conquered the Grand Prix arenas as some of the world’s best international competitors.
We are thrilled to have Spellbound’s dam Ragon (Rascalino x Baryshnikov) back at home and in our breeding program. She is an Elite mare with AHS scoring 7.83 on her MPT as a three year old with trainer Meg Williams. Daughter of Bel Etrice who produced nothing but elite mares and a stallion prospect for Spruce Glen Farms. Her sister EM Donnabella and niece Premium Eligible Rowena SGF are winning scores of top dressage ribbons for their amateur owners. Proven damline in the show ring and breeding shed.
Dam sire Rascalino is a glorious black son of Rotspon, born in 2001. He won his 70-day private stallion test at Adelheidsdorf in 2004, with a total point score of 148.29 points and led in the partial rideability index with the score of 153.37 points. He has sired both licensed sons and SPS, Elite and Premium mare daughters.
