Damsey FRH was a Premium stallion at the Hanoverian licensing in Verden, finishing his 30-day test in Adelheidsdorf with the top rideability score of 9.25. He was champion at the Danish stallion licensings in Herning (2006 and 2009). After successes in the young horse dressage classes, Damsey FRH was twice finalist of the Bundeschampionat, obtaining full HV approval. He qualified for the 2006 Young Horse World Dressage Championships. Damsey FRH ranked in the top 1% of all German dressage sires with 159 points, according to the FN estimated breeding evaluation. Damsey FRH was part of the German team at the 2008 World Breeding Dressage Championships. Shown by German Olympic rider, Helen Langehanenberg, the pair earned top placings in CDI Grand Prix events across Europe. In 2017, they secured a position on the German team for the European Championships. With scores in the 80s, they tied for sixth on the 2018 FEI World Individual Dressage Ranking list. Damsey was the WBFSH No. 1 World Ranked Hanoverian and No. 9 Dressage World Ranked in 2020. Damsey FRH’s offspring include Herwart-vonder- Decken Show and Grand Prix competitor–Diana C, Elmlohe mare show, class winner–Darling, and overall champion–Dalia who scored a perfect 10 for rideability in her mare performance test. Damsey FRH has sired multiple licensed sons: Da Dalto, Dreamer and Dream Maker. Successful U.S. offspring in 2023 include Dublin L (Grand Prix), Daniel L (Prix St. Georges), Duchess L (Intermediare I) and Duett L (reserve champion in the 4-Year-Old division at Dressage at Devon).
