Nick of Diamond is a brilliant, young stallion with a future for the top world stage. Stunningly
gorgeous, talent for the Grand Prix and the character of a true gentleman, Nick is already proving
himself in the show ring in Wellington in 2022 in the 4-year-old Young Horse classes with scores
of 88%. He was also 4-year-old champion at the KWPN-NA keuring with a whopping 83.5% for all
of the U.S. and Canada! This is a major feat. Then in 2023, Nick won champion dressage stallion
at the NA Stallion Sport Test at Hilltop Farm with a score of 86.5%. Nick’s pedigree speaks loudly:
his sire is Glock’s Toto Jr. (Totilas/Desperados), one of only two North American stallions by
him. Toto Jr., a leading contender for the Dutch Olympic team in Paris 2024, delivered a strong
performance under Hans Peter Minderhoud, earning a score of 72.644 and contributing to the
team’s fourth-place finish. Today, Nick’s maternal grandsire line continues to shine, with Johnson
(by Jazz) once again topping the WBFSH rankings and Totilas close behind in second. Out of
Diamant Heroique, a top producer of stallions and competition horses in Holland, her grandsires
are Johnson/Gribaldi, and her dam has produced Grand Prix horses. Eyes are to the future for Nick
with owner, Roxanne Christenson, as his trainer and main rider, with the help of Robert Dover on
his exciting journey.
