Veterinarian Certificate

This Veterinarian Certificate must be completed by stallion owners enrolling for AHS/ARS stallion licensing. A photocopy of the stallion’s papers, signed and dated by the veterinarian, must accompany this certificate when submitted to the American Hanoverian Society.
