He has competed the last two years at the USEF Young Horse Championships and was ranked second at his stallion sport test with all categories earning an 8.5. In 2023, he ranked eighth nationally and first for All-Breeds awards in the FEI 5-year-olds, and was fifth nationally and second for All-Breeds at First Level with a median score of 75.81%. His walk is a true highlight, and it’s anticipated he will add length of leg and an uphill frame to his foals, which will arrive in the spring of 2024. Sir Real is by the influential sire, Sir Donnerhall I, currently ranked No. 3 in the world on the WBFSH Dressage Sire Rankings. Sir Donnerhall has over 100 licensed sons, 200 premium mares and more than 200 offspring that have competed at the upper levels. Backing up the genetics of this line include the legendary stallions, Sandro Hit and Donnerhall, in a combination that was particularly effective and utilized with great success in breeding top dressage athletes. Sir Real’s damsire, Fürst Heinrich, was champion of his 70-day test, reserve champion at Bundeschampionship Final and World Young Horse Champion as a 5-year-old. His influence in breeding is strongly felt with numerous state premium mares and over 40 approved sons. Sir Real’s maternal granddam, Bella, has produced three licensed stallions, and grandsire, Brentano II, has sired top dressage horses.
