Verden. The dispute between Hannoveraner Verband and its former Managing and Breeding Director, Dr Werner Schade, which has been going on for more than one and a half years, is over. Both sides agreed on a workable settlement before the Verden Labour Court.
In the course of the settlement negotiations, the court had clearly clarified that there had been no breaches of duty by Dr Schade, during his time as Managing Director of the Hannoveraner Verband e.V., which would have justified a termination without notice or an ordinary termination.
However, both parties agreed that the employment relationship could not be continued and would therefore be terminated. Therefore both parties are satisfied with the result of the settlement reached.
