2018 AHS Annual Meeting
The 2018 meeting will take place February 9-11 in Lexington, Kentucky.
AHS SPECIAL ROOM RATE: $129.95 PLUS TAX/NIGHT SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, FEBRUARY 9-11.
IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION! Reservations must be made by 5:00pm, East Coast Time, January 26, in order to receive the AHS discounted room rate. PLEASE NOTE: Once the block has filled up, EVEN IF PRIOR TO JANUARY 26, rooms MAY NOT be available at the AHS rate. Reservations will be then accepted by the hotel on a space and rate availability basis. Reserve your room early in order to take advantage of the discounted AHS room rate.

- Saturday Events Only: (including Awards Banquet and Silent Auction) $125.00 (advanced); $150.00 (walk-ins)
- Saturday Awards Banquet Only: $75.00 (advanced); $85.00 (walk-ins)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by AHS on or before January 26, 2018, will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Due to AHS contractual obligations with the hotel, we will be unable to give refunds after January 26, 2018.
Location and Dates
The 2018 AHS Annual Meeting will be held February 9-11 in the beautiful Bluegrass State at the Embassy Suites, Lexington. The three-day meeting will include educational seminars and presentations by industry professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit the famous Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, Gainesway Farm, Town Branch Bourbon Distillery and the Kentucky Horse Park. Social events include a welcome reception, catered Awards Banquet, and the ever-popular Silent Auction!

LOCATION: Conveniently located just a few minutes from Bluegrass Airport, close to I-75 and the Kentucky Horse Park. Guests are responsible for obtaining transportation from the airport to the Embassy Suites.

Awards Banquet and Silent Auction
In conjunction with the meeting, a catered awards dinner will be held to honor the outstanding AHS members and Hanoverian winners of the previous season's cache of AHS Year-End Awards. The ever-popular Silent Auction continues to offer fun and fantastic bidding opportunities on a wide range of donated items. Proceeds from the auction continue to benefit future annual meeting educational opportunities and Hanoverian promotion.
